In life everyone’s quest is to find true love. Justin Timberlake uses his music video for his third single “Not A Bad Thing,” off his “The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2” to help find love.
Timberlake used “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” as his platform to premiere the interesting clip. Now before getting your hopes up too high, the “Not A Bad Thing” video does not follow a normal video treatment. Instead, the visuals are based on a true story of a guy who asked his girlfriend to marry him on the Long Island Rail Road while playing the Timbaland produced track.
Like kids on a Easter egg hunt, a team of people go on a lovers search to find the couple. To assist with locating the twosome, the search party posts signs around the city along with getting radio coverage. In addition, what would a search be without utilizing social media. By using the hash tag, #haveyouseenthiscouple, those looking for the couple are hopeful it works.
Also, throughout the video couples who have found their better half share their thoughts on love.
There is one more surprising twist to the video. JT is no where to be seen throughout the 6-minute clip.
In its third week, Timberlake’s “Not A Bad Thing” stands at No. 42 on the Hot 100 chart.
