Patti LaBelle and Jordin Sparks are among performers booked to sing at “A Capitol Fourth” on July 4 in Washington, D.C.
Hosted by two-time-Emmy Award-winning television personality Tom Bergeron, the prestigious event will help celebrate America’s 238th birthday.
“A Capitol Fourth” will feature a special 200th-anniversary performance of “The Star-Spangled Banner” performed by an orchestra led by composer John Williams. It will also feature other performances by the country’s best-known musical artists and a grand fireworks display.
Don’t miss the grand event broadcasting live from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol on PBS July 4 at 8 p.m. EST.
