Just a couple days after announcing her pregnancy, Kelly Rowland drops a visual to her new song “The Game.”
The Spike Lee directed cut takes us on a journey with a young boy named Pixote who dreams of becoming professional soccer player.
The motivational track — penned by Sia, Jake Troth, Kirby Dockery and Ellen Healy — is lifted from Pepsi’s visual album “Pepsi Beats of the Beautiful Game,” which is available now.
“I was immediately attracted to ‘The Game’ because I can identify with its theme of overcoming challenges and finding your voice. It’s a very important message and I’m honored to partner with Pepsi on a project that brings the worlds of music, sports and film together,” says Rowland. “As an artist – and a huge film and sports fan – it’s been an incredible experience.”
