Alicia Keys stays making moves! Today, the singer/songwriter/philanthropist was announced as Levi’s newest brand ambassador.
As part of her new gig, Keys will be a part of the denim company’s campaign to introduce their revamped women’s denim collection. The new and improved collection will be more formfitting with more stretch.
“My personal jeans slogan is, ‘If it ain’t tight, it ain’t right,’ ”said Keys, who is very pleased with her Levi’s. “It’s so much better because the stretch is really comfortable. You don’t have to lie on the bed to get them up. You know, I’m a very shapely woman, and often a lot of fashion does not seem to celebrate a shapely woman. But that courtesy should be present in everything we wear.”
Keys will appear in a visual — to be shown on TV, movie theaters and online — that will feature a new song titled “28,000,” which will appear on her forthcoming album.
