Rising singer K’Neisha first honed her skills playing the piano and singing in her church’s choir. The Mississippi native has released her new single “Next Time,” which is her candid take on a love that she can’t wait to see again.
“I was born in a small town called Hattiesburg, Mississippi and I was raised in Williamsburg, and you might say I started off singing in the church and I started piano lessons when I was about 7 years old,” K’Neisha explained. “One of my gifts has been for me to make music, and I want to keep it going. I have a lot of influences from the past and the 90’s, I look up to a lot of gospel singers, but Chaka Khan and Michael Jackson were really my biggest influence.”
