R. Kelly recruits his RCA Records labelmate Tinashe for his progressive track “Let’s Be Real Now.” On the relatable tune, Kelly and Tinashe take turns blaming each other on a failed relationship.
“No disrespect to the things that you want but girl you’re f*cking crazy / Got me working this overtime shift loving you but you don’t even pay me / And now you want to blame me, say it’s my fault for your heartache and pain, shit / You created the storm, so don’t try to run, baby here come the rain,” sings Kelly.
Meanwhile, Tinashe pops off with, “No disrespect to the time that we spent, but boy you must be trippin’ / You expect me to post up at home for you, but now the tables are flippin / And now you wanna blame me ’cause everyone else realize what was missing / I bet you feel dumb now, bet you feel so dumb now.”
The Buffet will hit stores on Dec. 11. It will include collaborations with Lil Wayne, Jeremih, Jhene Aiko and Ty Dolla Sign.
