Motown recording artist Kevin Ross covers Lauryn Hill and D’Angelo’s duet “Nothing Even Matters” from her Grammy award-winning debut album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. Ross enlisted Roc Nation’s singer-songwriter Kirby Lauryen to handle the female vocals.
Their rendition of the classic will make you fall in love with it all over again. The duo perfectly harmonizes on the bridge creating an atmosphere that will make you appreciate the true essence of love.
Ross’ cover of “Nothing Even Matters” follows his inspirational single “Be Great” featuring Chaz French.
Kirby is the pen behind Beyoncé’s “Die With You,” Rihanna’s “FourFiveSeconds” featuring Kanye West and Paul McCartney, Kanye West’s “Only One,” and more. Earlier this year Kirby released her official single “Loved By You.”
Ross is now readying the release of his debut album.
