Ledisi Announces ‘All The Way’ As New Single

As Ledisi continues to relish on her three deserving Grammy nominations, she selects “All the Way” as the new single from Let Love Rule.

Backed by beautiful strings and a piano, the New Orléans native relies on the attachment from her soulmate to make things right when she’s feeling down about life.

“Love me, with all of your heart / Will you love me / When things get too hard, and I need you more / Make sure you’re sure, that you’ll love me all the way,” sings Ledisi.

“All the Way” is nominated for Best Traditional R&B Performance while “High” is nominated for Best R&B Performance and Let Love Rule for Best R&B Album at the 60th Grammy Awards.

We’ll be rooting for Ledisi and all the other Grammy nominees. The Grammys will air live on Sunday, Jan. 28 from Madison Square Garden in New York and broadcast on the CBS Television Network from 7:30–11:00 p.m. ET/4:30–8:00 p.m. PT.

Adrian Marcel Announces ‘GMFU Tour’ Dates

Adrian Marcel will hit the road this winter to support his debut album, GMFU (Got Me Fucked Up).

Starting on February 20, the Oakland, Calif. native will bring his smooth vocals to Atlanta at VINYL. He will travel to other cities on the east and west coast including New York, Philadelphia, Chicago and Sacramento. The tour will conclude on March 8 at New Parish in San Francisco.

Last May, Rated R&B chatted with Marcel about his oft-delayed debut album and his most personal song from the project. “Eastside Story” because it was only two people who had anything to do with it — me and Jan Hancock. We produced it. We wrote it. Arranged it. Recorded it. It was the first record that we recorded in the process of doing this album.”
