Emerging artist MikexAngel is planning to make some major moves this year. The Virginia native, who’s Trey Songz’ protege, has released two new singles: “N2s (Nothing to Something)” and “Never Enough.”
On “N2S,” MikexAngel describes how all his sacrifices and hard work is finally paying off. “I had to do something / Did it all off hustling / Got hot like an oven / Got the whole city jumping / Turned nothing to something,” he sings.
On “Never Enough,” which features Songz, the two sing about not being ready for love.
“Sometimes I feel bad about it / Sometimes I don’t give no fucks / And sometimes I want me somebody / But these hoes is just not enough,” they sing on the chorus.
“Never Enough” may sound familiar because it originally appeared on Songz’ mixtape To Whom It May Concern.
This Friday (June 9), MikexAngel will release his debut mixtape, Nothing 2 Something, on 300 Entertainment.
