Former teen sensation JoJo is ready to take her career to the next level. After signing with Atlantic Records in 2014, JoJo has found a new home. The singer has teamed with Interscope Records for the launch of her new imprint Clover Music. She announced the exciting news on Instagram.
“I’m reunited with [Aaron Bay-Schuck], my original A&R at Atlantic, who was instrumental in signing me there,” JoJo explained. “One of the hardest things I’ve had to do in my career was leave the Atlantic family. It was a decision I seriously struggled with, but felt I owed it to myself to fulfill one of my ultimate goals, which was ownership.”
JoJo started her career with Blackground Records. After being stuck on the label for many years (without releasing official music), the singer finally was able to break away from her contract in 2013. Following her new deal with Atlantic, JoJo released her third studio album, Mad Love, in 2016.
