Dahlia Jovan Drops Revengeful Video for ‘Dead Wrong’

Emerging singer Dahlia Jovan has released a visual for her new single “Dead Wrong.”  Directed by @TheRealCasso, the dark visual finds Jovan seeking revenge on her lover.

“Dead Wrong” was produced by Shamtrax and is the first single off of Jovan’s new EP, Thē Pərj (Pronounced The Purge). Set to arrive this fall, Thē Pərj is sensual tale about​ ​a relationship coming to an end because of ongoing insecurities and jealous, which is based on Jovan’s​ ​true story.

“Every time I brought up my career it never really seemed like he was happy for me,” said Jovan.”​​There were always these underlying insecurities regarding who I worked with and whether or not there were romantic relations. It was exhausting.”

She added, “‘Dead Wrong is about taking your power back and moving on from anything that steals your joy. ‘Dead Wrong’ is self love​!​”

Trey Songz and Ty Dolla $ign are open for business. The video for their “When We (Remix)” has been released.

Directed by J Valentine and BenMarc, the video takes place at their TT&T Auto Body Shop, where they spend the majority of their time mingling with beautiful women.

The original version of Tank’s song “When We,” lifted from his album Savage, is now No. 5 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart and has over 20 million streams on Spotify.

Kima (of Total) Drops Video for ‘Luv Me Back’

Following the release of her new single “Luv Me Back,” Kima (of the R&B group Total) shares the accompanying visual.

In the video, Kima reminisces about the day she met her husband in undergrad at Howard University. While Kima’s looks and love for photography caught the attention of her then soon-to-be-husband, it didn’t stop him from pursuing another woman on campus. However, Kima ultimately ended up with the ring.

Kima is still hard at work on her upcoming solo project, which will be released independently via Totally Kima’s World / One Up Entertainment later this year.

Maurice Moore Shares Video for ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah’ featuring Tay Jasper

Rising singer Maurice Moore has dropped the visual for “Yeah Yeah Yeah,” which features Tay Jasper.

Directed by Adrian Per, the video finds Maurice and his leading lady enjoying each other’s company at the beach, before ending up at a low-key dance party.

“Yeah Yeah Yeah” is lifted from Moore’s debut mixtape, The Amber Room, which dropped last November.
