SZA may have left the 2018 Grammys empty-handed, but she made a lasting impression on critics and viewers with her “Broken Clocks” performance.
Sporting a shredded jersey and ripped denim, the five-time Grammy-nominated songstress sung her latest single boldly with help of a full band and live forest backdrop.
SZA was nominated for five Grammys including Best R&B Performance for “The Weekend,” Best Urban Contemporary Album for Ctrl and Best New Artist. Speaking of the latter category, SZA is the first female R&B artist to be nominated for Best New Artist since Keri Hilson in 2010. If you ask me, she’s still a winner.
