Less than a week after releasing his sophomore album, Memories Don’t Lie, Tory Lanez shares the visual for his Future-assisted track titled “Real Thing.”
In the video, the Canadian singer hosting an audition to find his ideal woman. As the beautiful women take part in a series of activities including boxing and twerking, Lanez and Future watch on while tallying up scores.
Lanez has been hard at work on his promotional trek for his latest album. He recently stopped by Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club to discuss his new music along with some interestingly bold statements about other male R&B artists and rappers stealing his sound. Check out the full interview below.
Actor/singer Trevor Jackson has released the accompanying visual for his latest single “Apocalypse.”
Directed by Jackson himself, the video shows him literally going through different obstacles — as the world is coming to an end — just to be with his lover. According to Jackson, the video is a representation of being unafraid to go places where others are scared to go for love.
“Apocalypse” is lifted from Jackson’s forthcoming project, Rough Drafts Pt. 1, which will drop on March 23 via Born Art/Empire. The 15-track LP, which was recorded in Jackson’s living room, includes features from Lecrae and Iyn Jay.
Jackson will support Rough Drafts while serving as the special guest on Justine Skye’s Ultraviolet Tour, which begins tonight in Washington, D.C.
