Nearly a year ago, Beyoncé turned the music industry upside down with the surprise release of her self-titled album. Now, the music superstar returns to the traditional press play-book and announces she will deliver a platinum edition box set of her fifth studio effort.
Slated for November 24, the limited two CD/two DVD project will include two new original songs titled “7/11” and “Ring Off.” The forthcoming set will also feature remixes for “Drunk in Love” featuring Kanye West, “***Flawless” with Nicki Minaj, “Blow” featuring Pharrell Williams and “Standing on the Sun” featuring Mr. Vegas.
The video portion of the platinum edition box set will feature 10 live performances from her “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.” In addition, the special box set will include an official mini 2015 Beyoncé calender, the album’s original CD and DVD and more.
