New mommy and Grammy-nominated singer Nao makes her returned with a new duet called “Woman” featuring Lianne La Havas.
Speaking on the new track, produced by Grammy-nominated London-based producer Loxe, Nao says, “This is a song Lianne and I are so happy to put out. I believe this is the start of a new dawn where being a woman – esp a woman of colour – can & should be celebrated. This is our time! We all deserve to be celebrated.”

Front-to-back, “Woman” is a ball of confidence that is colored in lush psychedelic undertones. Their distinctive voices are as clear as their message of not allowing anyone or anything to rain on their parade of self-assurance.
“Woman” arrives with a bright music video, which was directed by Luis Mejia. Watch it above.
Nao’s last album was 2018’s Saturn. The album, which was nominated for a Grammy, made it on Rated R&B’s top 25 R&B albums of 2018 list. Saturn included the singles “Make It Out Alive” featuring SiR and “Curiosity.”
Last month, Havas released her self-titled masterpiece. It features the brilliant singles “Can’t Fight” and “Paper Thin,” as well as the worthy gem “Seven Times.”
