ThisIs50’s Young Jack Thriller recently interviewed Amina Buddafly, former lead singer of Black Buddafly and Love & Hip Hop: New York star, where she talked about her music and the popular reality show.
Amina say that her music being featured on the reality show is a “good thing” because it serves as a platform for her exposure as an artist.
“The reason for me doing the show was to get my music exposed,” the singer said. “My music is being heard by much more people than it was before I did ‘Love & Hip Hop.'”
“I Am Part 2” is her currently released 7-record EP , which is now available on iTunes.
“I’m really proud of this,” she said. “The songs came about because of the show.”
