Rico Love provides a visual to his “They Don’t Know (Remix)” a month after its release. The video, which premiered on Buzzfeed, features Ludacris, Tiara Thomas and Emjay.
The simplistic video was inspired by Diddy during his Puff Daddy era. “I’ve been waiting my whole life to make this video,”Love told Buzzfeed. “I grew up idolizing Puffy and the whole Bad Boy movement. I dreamt of being in visuals like Craig Mack’s “Flava In Ya Ear” or G-Dep’s “Let’s Get It,” to name a few. Those flashy, fly, performance-driven visuals made me fall in love with fashion and excess.”
The original remix of the song included guest verses from Trey Songz and T.I. However, for unknown reasons, the two were not featured in the video. Oh, well.
