Shay Lia is hanging her business out to dry in the new video “Go Together.”
Directed by Caraz, the video takes place in the laundromat where she’s doing her best to get her beau’s attention.
Lia prances around and on the washing machines, capturing everyone’s attention with her breezy dance moves. Even though her man is doing his best to stay upset and ignore her, he can’t help but to give in to Lia’s charm.
“I needed this visual to be as good as the song and I think we did it,” she shared on Instagram. “It’s about us, human beings, the pureness of loving, our need for one another, the constant hard work that long-lasting relationships represent, it’s also and always about us, women, and our power to heal and it’s about black love.”
This is the first visual from her debut EP Dangerous, which released in May.
