Elijah Blake continues to keep up the facade but this time, he’s not alone. The singer-songwriter is joined by his good friend Keyshia Cole for the “Bad Liar (Remix).”
She takes over for Blake on the second verse, adding her distinct vocals on the mellow and slightly moody production. Cole brings an element of angst to the song to complement Blake’s brooding demeanor.
“We’ve been working together since the Woman to Woman album and have been inseparable ever since,” Cole shared with Rated R&B. “I truly feel this song and the message it conveys could not have come at a more appropriate time than now and I’m happy to be a part of it with my brother.”
