Yesterday (Dec. 13), Tamar Braxton made an appearance on The Couch to promote her new single “Love and War.” During her visit, Braxton discussed her experience filming her hit reality show Tamar and Vince, season three of Braxton Family Values, her reaction to “Love and War” going number one on iTunes, and her plans to go on tour to meet her fans.

“Love and War,” produced by DJ Camper, is the first single from Braxton’s sophomore album, due in 2013. The album is the follow-up to her self-titled debut album, which was released in 2000. The album was led by singles “Get None” and “If You Don’t Wanna Love Me.” Unfortunately, Tamar didn’t do well on neither the Billboard 200 chart nor the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
