Mariah Carey isn’t ready to release her highly awaited album, “The Art of Letting Go,” just yet. On Monday (June 24) evening, the R&B diva announced on her Twitter account that the album will not release on July 23.
“While making this album, I got so immersed in the creative process that I just don’t feel I would be doing it justice to release it on 7/23,” Carey tweeted. “I’d rather not exclude meaningful songs. I want to give you this album as it’s meant to be heard.When I’m ready, you’ll be the first 2 know!”
“The Art of Letting Go” is Carey’s fourteenth studio album and includes hit single “#Beautiful,” co-penned by and featuring Miguel.
