On Monday (March 24), Mali Music took his “Beautiful” new single to the “Queen Latifah Show.” Just as confident and comfortable as he was performing the hit single on “American Idol” earlier this month, Mali made the audience believe every word he sung.
The more Mali performs on television, the more he owns the stage — and helps his single climb further up the Billboard and radio charts. His new song “Beautiful” stands at No. 16 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Songs chart. It also resides at No. 13 on Urban Adult Contemporary radio, according to All Access.com (March 25).
Mali released the single’s accompanying visuals earlier this month. The Sarah McClogan-directed clip has already reached over 225,000 views since its release.
His debut album “Mali Is…” will be released on June 17.
