On Thursday night, Tinashe’s Aquarius Tour made a pit stop at Rams Head Live in Baltimore. The show was in support of her debut album, Aquarius, which was released on October 7.

The 21-year-old took the crowd for a ride as she showcased herself as a singer, dancer and all-around performer. She made her way on stage a little after 9 p.m. Donning a jeweled mask, she kicked off her hour-long set with “Vulnerable,” lifted off her Black Water mixtape.

After doing a slight costume change to remove her mask, she proceeded to perform cuts off Aquarius including the Dev Hynes produced “Bet” and “Cold Sweat.”

Midway through her set, Tinashe treated fans with a live renditions of songs from her mixtape days. Prior to dropping her debut album, she had released three mixtapes. Some of her fan-favorite songs performed included “Ecstasy” and “Midnight Sun,” among others.

After exploring some of her older material, Tinashe circled back to sing more tracks off her album. She lit up the stage with her electrifying dance moves on songs like “All Hands on Deck,” “Watch Me Work,” “Dollar Signs” and “2 On.” She slowed down the tempo to show off her vocals on songs like “How Many Times,” “Far Side of the Moon,” “Bated Breath” and “Pretend.”

The Aquarius Tour was nothing short of amazing and a great effort for Tinashe. She proved that she’s more than just a pretty face but instead an artist with a promising career.
