In less than two weeks, Lyfe Jennings will release his latest album Tree of Lyfe. He continues to build anticipation for the new body of work by releasing snippets of the album.
Composed of 11 tracks, the album will feature duets with Algebra Blessett and Demetria McKinney. Tree of Lyfe includes his lead single “Pretty Is” and the latest radio single “I Love You,” which is already taking over urban AC radio stations.
When asked about his current musical mindset, Lyfe Jennings’ response is one of reflection and experience, “Everybody feels like they have to reinvent themselves. I don’t think you can reinvent the truth. It is what it is. I’m not focused on reinvention. I want to go deeper. This album reaffirms the reasons why people started loving this music in the first place.”
Tree of Lyfe is set to arrive on June 23 via RAL/Sony Music Entertainment.
