Lalah Hathaway takes over the set of The Real to perform “Ghetto Boy,” pairing up with hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg and saxophonist Terrace Martin.
The performance includes a soulful opening verse from Snoop Dogg and jazzy accompaniment from Martin.
“Ghetto Boy” is the remix to Hathaway’s Grammy award-winning song “Little Ghetto Boy,” which is a cover of her father Donny Hathaway’s 1972 classic.
Hathaway’s latest project, Lalah Hathaway LIVE, was released last October and earned a Grammy for Best Traditional R&B Performance.
