Kehlani kicks off this week with a visual for her new song “Gangsta,” lifted from Suicide Squad: The Album.
In the Benny Boom-directed clip, Kehlani channels her inner Harley Quinn. Clips from the film are also sprinkled into the music video.
“I need a gangsta / To love me better / Than all the others do / To always forgive me / Ride or die with me / That’s just what gangsters do,” she sings.
Suicide Squad, the film, is out in theaters now; its accompanying soundtrack is available, too.
