Usher makes quite a few announcements during a recent interview with Atlanta radio station V-103. The R&B legend discusses his new album Flawed, his role in the upcoming film (Hands of Stone) and a new remix for his new single “No Limit.”
Opening up the interview, Usher talks about his role in Hands of Stone, where he portrays legendary boxer Sugar Ray Leonard. “The greatest benefit is that I’m telling a story that’s already being told,” says Usher. “You cannot act boxing. You have to get in there and be in best shape of your life, and mentally be in the best shape of your life.”
The37-year-old also reveals how dedicating his time to the film meant delayed the release of his music.
Usher then announces the “G-mix” to his Young Thug-assisted record “No Limit.” The forthcoming remix will feature a host of rappers including A$AP Ferg, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Travis Scott and Master P, who was the inspiration behind the song from his record label No Limit Records.
Usher also gives an update on his upcoming album, Flawed. He reveals the album’s tracklisting is finalized and will contain quite a few collaborations.
