The Weeknd has been hard at work promoting his upcoming album, After Hours.
The Canadian singer served as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live this past weekend. In addition to performing “Heartless,” he also debuted a new song called “Scared to Live.” The mellow tune describes the aftermath of a breakup.
“Should have known you were lonely / I know things will never be the same / Time we lost will never be replaced / I’m the reason you forgot to love,” he sings in the first verse.
After Hours is set to release on March 20 via XO/Republic Records.
