Teedra Moses is a grown ass woman who knows what she wants — and doesn’t want. She explicitly outlines what she looks for in a partner on her new single “Cashmere Compliments” featuring Trackademicks and Lucky Ry.
“Give me cashmere compliments / Blow my mind / Make me feel / Turn me on / Turn me out / That ain’t what you about? / Get the fuck on, leave me alone,” she sings on the decisive anthem.
Moses revealed to Ebro Darden of Apple Music, “‘Cashmere Compliments’ is a record that I wrote years ago. Long time ago. I got the track probably about six years ago. I have developed the track. If I was to let y’all hear what it was in the beginning to what it is now, I turned it into something totally different. I took the time to really just cook it slow, and I really love what came out.”

“Cashmere Compliments” is the lead single from Moses’ forthcoming album, The Bull$hit, which is slated to release in spring 2021. It will follow her 2015 projects Clair Voyant and Cognac & Conversation.
