Vybe Vault RnB has announced its second talent showcase for unsigned artists.
Founded by veteran music exec Morace Landy and health and wellness advocate Elaine P. Allen Landy, Vybe Vault RnB is set for Sept. 4 at The Sultan Room in Brooklyn, New York. Kaivona Parker will host the upcoming showcase.
Budding R&B artists will have the opportunity to perform in front of a panel of industry judges and a live audience. The winner will receive a $5,000 gift certificate from Sweetwater.com to help fund home recording studio equipment and a spot in Vybe Vault RnB’s mentorship program.
According to press materials, “This program provides weekly sessions over a month, offering guidance and support to help artists navigate and succeed in the competitive music industry.”
The mentors include Grammy-winning producer Troy Taylor (Usher, Whitney Houston, Trey Songz), Eric Bellinger, Hitmaka, Fat Joe, and Rotimi.
Vybe Vault RnB held its first showcase in May. Rising singer Adam Ness, who won the grand prize, is set to perform at the upcoming showcase, which will also feature The Slam Clinic Band.
“Our first event showcased the incredible depth of talent within the R&B genre, and we’re excited to continue this journey,” says Morace Landy.

As noted above, Vybe Vault RnB was founded by Morace Landy and Elaine P. Allen Landy.
Morace has worked at record labels, including Atlantic Records, Epic Records, Island Records, and Warner Records. He has worked with artists such as Jay-Z, Mariah Carey, Luther Vandross, Babyface, Ciara, Missy Elliott, and Robin Thicke, among others.
In 2015, he launched Evolution3, a full-service company offering artist development, promotions, marketing, and touring.
Elaine P. Allen Landy, who is vice president and wellness director at Evolution3, is the author of The Ageless Athlete: How to Stay Fit and Healthy at Any Age.
