Season two of “R&B Divas: Atlanta” has officially ended. A reunion show will air tomorrow night at 8:00 p.m. on TV One. All divas (Syleena Johnson, Nicci Gilbert, Keke Wyatt, Monifah, LaTocha Scott, and Angie Stone) were present for the show, except for Faith Evans. The show went on despite Evans not showing up.
So what went down during the reunion show? We recently talked to Syleena Johnson and she gave us some insight. When asked what can viewers expect on the reunion show, Johnson exclusively told Rated RnB:
A pity party. The same foolery you just saw in [the season finale], not as bad though [laughs]. It started off normal and then it went left and then it came back down to a resolution…but the relationships are still severed. So, no real resolution [laughs]…just another episode of “R&B Divas” is basically what it was.
With that response, we assume that Syleena and Nicci Gilbert weren’t able to work things out. Be sure to tune in on Wednesday (June 26) night to watch the reunion show.
