Grammy-winning singer Mýa is celebrating the 20th anniversary of her third album, Moodring, with a digital deluxe edition.
Dubbed Mooding (Deluxe), the expanded edition features nine additional tracks previously unavailable on streaming platforms.
Among the batch of tracks are international bonus tracks (“Moodring,” “Little Too Much, Little Too Late,” “EXtacy”), four remixes of “My Love Is Like…Wo” and two remixes of “Fallen.”
“As we mark the 20th anniversary of Moodring, I can’t help but look back with pride. This album was a turning point, marking my first venture as an executive producer and setting me on a path towards greater autonomy in my career,” says Mýa. “Moodring is more than just music; it’s a testament to my growth as an artist and holds a special place in my heart.”
She concludes, “With the release of this deluxe version, I’m thrilled to invite fans old and new to experience this cherished project. Here’s to two decades of Moodring and the enduring power of music that connects us all.”
Moodring was released in the U.S. on July 22, 2003, via Interscope Records. It debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart, marking Mýa’s highest-charting album to date.
Moodring was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in September 2003 after selling over 500,000 copies.
The album spawned hits such as the Missy Elliott-penned-and-produced “My Love Is Like… Wo,” which peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Mýa’s Moodring (Deluxe) album arrives three months after releasing Mýa (Deluxe), an expanded version of her self-titled album that celebrated its 25th anniversary in April.
