Justin Timberlake seems to be having a great year. The R&B crooner has earned his second No.1 album in 2013 with “The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2.”
According to Nielsen Soundscan, the sequel to his March release pushed 350,000 units in its first week, entering the Billboard 200 albums chart at No.1.
However, the follow-up did not see the same opening sales results as the now double-platinum selling album, “The 20/20 Experience.” It scanned 968,000 copies, making it the best first-week sales of 2013.
All in all, Timberlake still is humbled by the support of his fans. “What a year this has been. I’m so thankful for all of it. You guys/gals make me work harder and strive to be better. 2 #1′s?! #bestfansever,” tweeted the R&B/pop crooner.
The “20/20 Experience – 2 of 2” features guest appearances from Jay Z and Drake along with the singles “Take Back the Night” and “TKO.”
