Kandi Burrus calls on her industry peers D. Woods, Eddie Levert and Q. Parker to join her in her upcoming “A Mother’s Love” stage play.
“A Mother’s Love” is said to capture the emotional roller coaster of mother and daughter relationships, which may have been aspired by Kandi’s past experiences.
The stage play, which is produced by Kandi and her fiancé Todd Tucker, will also feature R&B legend Shirley Murdock and Chandra Currelley, known for her recurring roles in Tyler Perry productions.
