Mary J. Blige has been confirmed to sing the “Star-Spangled Banner” at the Major League Baseball’s World Series game this Wednesday.
The singer will perform the National Anthem at Fenway Park before game one.
This isn’t Blige’s first time singing the National Anthem at a World Series game. She performed at the 2009 World Series at Yankee Stadium.
The World Series airs Wed, Oct. 23 at 7:30 pm on FOX.
Blige recently released her first holiday album, “A Mary Christmas.”
