After Swirl Films wrapped up the production for their inspirational “The Dempsey Sisters” film, the trailer has been released.
The movie tells the story of a family that comes together to form a band after their brother faces struggles and hard times.
Singer-songwriter Teairra Mari is among the star-studded cast of Cymphonique Miller, Denyce Lawton, Taj Enfinit, Valarie Pettiford, Lynn Whitfield, MC Lyte, Clifton Powell, Antwon Tanner, Momma Dee and Dominic Santana.
The film is set to air on UpTV on November 2 at 7 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
