The anticipation of Jhene Aiko’s “Sail Out” EP has increased over the last few months. Prior to its release next week, Jhene Aiko has now unveiled the lyric sheet for the entire EP.
The project includes seven songs, including her current “Bed Peace” single with Childish Gambino, with features from Vince Staples, Kendrick Lamar and Ab-Soul.
In a recent interview with Elliott Wilson on “The Truth,” Aiko explained the mood and feel she has established throughout the entire EP.
“It’s 7 songs, and each song has a different feel to it, a different mood, but for the most part it’s easy going, mellow, but it has more of a hip hop vibe to it,” Aiko said.
“Sail Out” will arrive on November 12, and is available for pre-order on iTunes.
