Carl Thomas may have went away from the spotlight after dropping his “Conquer” album in 2011 but be assured that he has been working.
Using the power of social media, Thomas exclusively revealed to Rated RnB that he’s working on two albums. It all started when Thomas tweeted us in response to our tweet about Tamar Braxton’s Soul Train Awards performance. “She’s keeping [R&B] alive.”
We couldn’t help but to agree and then inquire about any projects in the works from the “Emotional” singer. Thomas announced that he is working on an all ballads album titled “After Midnight.” There is no word on how far along he is in the process of creating the album.
He also told us that he has reunited with Faith Evans to create an R&B classics duets album. Again, there are no further details about the project.
@RatedRnB all ballads album "After Midnight"…then a r&b classics duets album with Faith..:)
