After holding a listening session to his latest album, “Black Panties,” and a meet-and-greet at SOBs in New York City, R. Kelly chatted with Earthquake and Déjà Vu of WBLS 107.5.
During their interview, Kelly talked about the process of recording “Black Panties” and his favorite song on the album. “Marry The Pu**y,” said the Chi-Town native.
“It kinda speaks directly to the ladies without beating around the bush. You’re telling them how you feel about the pu**y and how you feel about them.”
When asked about an upcoming tour to support the album, the “Double Up” artist stated he and Mary J. Blige would be doing a “King and Queen” tour first.
In addition to talking about tours and his favorite jam from “Black Panties,” R. Kelly explained how the collaboration “Do What You Want” with Lady Gaga happened and why working with her was like working with himself. The “12 Play” crooner declares the music video for the collaboration – “hot, hot, hot, blazing hot.”
