New Orleans bred singer/songwriter Luke James gave a twist to Throwback Thursday this week and released a previously recorded unreleased track.
Have you ever had that moment where you’ve heard a snippet of a song or maybe the artist premiered the song during a big performance and then you never heard that song again? Well, if you’ve luckily caught James’ “One of a Kind” track when it was unofficially leaked a while back or when he performed it in 2012, you’re in for a surprise.
While most artists release exclusive ‘new’ music, James decided to take a different route and release the official final version of his previous track “One of a Kind.” Even though this isn’t a brand new track, we’ll accept the opportunity to hear James’ signature vocals again. The hard-hitting electric record is produced by Danja from his N.A.R.S record label. No word on whether this song will be thrown back in the archives or reused for his debut album.
