Have an appetite for Kelis? The R&B singer serves fans a delicious visual for her new single “Jerk Ribs.”
In the video, a fashionable Kelis poses with different looks at a photoshoot. She also does a performance at a garden party. The visual we see is actual behind-the-scenes footage from her album packaging photo shot by Mister Cartoon.
“This song is the cornerstone of my album,” Kelis told TIME. “So I wanted the video to look like my life, my love — back to the beginning.”
“Jerk Ribs” is the first single off Kelis’ upcoming album, “FOOD,” due in stores April 22.
