With her new album “FOOD” opening at No. 73 on the Billboard 200 this week, Harlem artist Kelis came to “Rumble” on “Conan” Thursday night (May 1).
Backed by a live band and draped in a relaxing green getup, the bluesy songstress performed her new single. This performance proved that Kelis is comfortable on stage as she put her heart and soul into the song.
Earlier this week, the “Caught Out There” singer paid a visit to Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” to promote her new album and her cooking show, “Saucy and Sweet.” She explained her reason for doing the show. “I felt like I’ve been doing music for so long, it was like ‘do something else, challenge myself.’”
