Tyrese has premiered the official music video his new single “Dumb Sh*t” featuring Snoop Dogg.
In the black-and-white visual, directed by Matt Alonzo, Tyrese sings about his clumsy relationship behavior as he adores the company of beautiful women in sexy outfits. Later, Snoop Dogg compliments the vibe of the six-minute music video with his grown man swag.
The singer/actor tells Complex that he enjoyed making the music video with Alonzo. “Matt Alonzo and I had a ball making it. It’s spring and as we warm up, I wanted to drop this dumb shit to get some energy going. This song ain’t for saints, it’s for real people who have made mistakes in relationships and did some dumb shit,” says Tyrese.
“Dumb Sh*t” will appear on Tyrese’s final album Black Rose. His forthcoming album is expected to arrive on July 7.
Before the release of his new album, Tyrese will hit the big screen next month in Furious 7. The spring blockbuster will premiere in theaters on April 3.
