Ledisi stepped away from The Intimate Truth Tour to promote her acoustic EP, The Intimate Truth on Good Morning America earlier this week. Backed by her live band, the New Orleans native sung her upbeat song “Rock with You.”
Ledisi spoke to Rated R&B about the significance behind The Intimate Truth EP. “It’s a big thank you to my fans. It’s saying, ‘thank you for being there with me and thank you for growing with me and being there through The Truth.’ I’m still here and I’m here because of you.”
The Grammy nominated singer is currently touring the nation with Leela James and Raheem DeVaughn. The tour will end on March 29 at the Symphony Hall in Atlanta, Georgia.
