Get ready to dance! Toni Braxton’s latest single, “I Heart You,” has made its way on the internet. The dance track, written and produced by Braxton, is the lead single from her forthcoming album.
“When I wrote this song I was thinking about the feeling you get when you walk into a club and you hear the melody,” said Braxton.“You feel the beat and you just know it’s going to be a good night.”
According to Braxton, there is another version of “I Heart You” on its way. “There’s another version of ‘I Heart You.’ Both versions will be on iTunes,” Braxton revealed via Twitter.
Braxton took us back to her dance track roots. She reminds us that powerhouse vocalists can sing on a dance-track without it sounding awkward. Braxton wasn’t lying when she said this track will have you dancing. Her amazing production, coupled with her baritone vocals makes the song very unique.
There’s no word when the two versions will appear on iTunes. Hopefully we can hear the second version very soon.
