Adele’s promo trail is on fire! Following her appearance on Saturday Night Live, the 27-year-old singer visits The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon as a musical guest.
Adele Performs ‘Hello’ And ‘When We Were Young’ On ‘SNL’
After chatting with Fallon about her SNL performance and impatiently waiting for new music from Rihanna and Frank Ocean, the British singer performed her new track called “Water Under the Bridge.” The song is lifted off her already-platinum-selling album 25, which released last Friday.
“If you’re not the one for me, then how come I can bring you to your knees? / If you’re not the one for me, why do I hate the idea of being free? / And if I’m not the one for you, you’ve gotta stop haunting me the way you do,” Adele sings.
According to Billboard, 25 has already sold 2.4 million copies in three days beating *NSYNC’s first-week record for an album.
