Emerging singer/famed dancer Alv3ster has released a visual for his intoxicating new single “Overdose.”
Directed by Deondray and Quincy Gossfield, the video shows a beautiful woman bathing near a window, while shots of a shirtless Alv3ster dances in an abandoned area with his backup dancers.
“Overdose” is lifted from Alv3ster’s forthcoming debut album, Love Me or Hate Me, set to release this fall.
Alv3ster is also gearing up for the premiere of Lifetime TV’s new series, Black Magic, which airs this fall. Actress Vivica A. Fox will also co-star in the new show.
Alv3ster’s impressive resumé includes serving as lead dancer for mega stars including Beyoncé, Rihanna and Mariah Carey, to name a few.
“I’ve always loved music and dance as a form of expression, however when I first moved to L.A., my aspirations were to sing,” he says. “Dancing got my foot in the door and a cherished opportunity to work with some insanely talented A-list celebrities, but singing has always been my greatest passion.”
