Jodi Hendrix (formerly known as Your Jodi) is back with not one, but two brand new singles. The first song is titled “Give In To Me,” which is a smooth track that was clearly made for the bedroom.
Hendrix says, “It’s based on the theory of you plus me equals we. I’m very big on energy and I think things work best when people are in sync.”
“Pull your hair back / Don’t let it get in the way / Baby just relax I’m gonna show you the way / Breathe with me, breathe with me, breathe with me / In order for this to work, we’re gonna have to be in sync,” Hendrix sings in the first verse.
On the other song, “Up Down,” Hendrix takes us to the strip club. “It’s a fun song I made after visiting a strip club — I just felled in love with two dancers,” Hendrix explains.
The Kansas City native is putting finishing touches to his debut album, 69 Shades of Jodi, which is coming soon.
