A new era of music by John Legend is on its way. The singer-songwriter has announced the title of his new single, “Love Me Now,” which is set to release on Friday. To hold over fans, Legend also shared a snippet of the tune on his Instagram page.
“I don’t know who’s gonna kiss you when I’m gone / So I’m gonna love you now like it’s all I have / I know it’ll kill me when it’s over / I don’t wanna think about it / I want you to love me now,” he sings.
Legend will premiere “Love Me Know” on Thursday at 10:30 p.m. ET on Facebook Live. The song will go on sale on Friday.
Legend’s next album will be the follow-up to 2013’s Love in the Future, which included his number one hit “All of Me.”
