Chris Brown and his artist Joelle James reunite on a new song titled “Scream.” The song appears on Kevin Hart: What Now? The Mixtape Presents Chocolate Droppa.
On the track, which samples New Edition’s “Can You Stand the Rain,” the two plead for love.
“On my darkest days / Girl, and I can’t seem to find no little peace of mind / Baby, can you scream my name? / Please girl, can you scream my name, scream my name for me? / Scream my name, scream my name for me? / Can you scream my name?” they sing on the chrous.
The last time wear heard Brown and James on the same track was 2011’s “Leave the Club” from Brown’s Boy in Detention mixtape.
